This hypnotherapy session is helping me. I've been using this for a couple of weeks and I notice that I'm binging less than I used to.

Got home and I had bought Costco pasta salad for dinner which I knew was not a great choice but I was HANGRY by this time and it was 8:30 PM. I intended to eat one cup and I did, no more. Crazy because usually I would be like, I already blew it , I'll just have a bit more. Then my DH warmed up some garlic bread and this is normally a pit fall for me. I had one small piece, it did not taste good at all. In the past I would have eaten more but it really held no interest to my taste buds. I listened again this Wednesday morning and while making breakfast I would steal a bite of toast from my kids (shameless). Today I had no inclination to do it!! I stuck to my oatmeal and egg whites ans was very satisfied.
